A ONE BEDROOM apartment, with private bathroom and kitchen.
Sleeps 2 adults with option for baby (cot) or small child on the sofabed.
Apartment Petit Soleil is a comfortable, stylish retreat for two, set in a peaceful countryside location of the Montagne Noire.
The apartment enjoys lovely views and spectacular sunsets over the Montagne Noire, which can be admired from your own private seating area with outdoor table and chairs, it’s an ideal place to slow down, share long evenings and enjoy the tranquillity of the Minervois.

About the apartment
Inside
The lounge area has comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside
Two set of double doors open onto the stoned terrace area. The terrace has a sun shade. Outdoor chairs and a table offer opportunities to relax. There is private safe parking for a car close to the apartment.
Babies
We have a cot with bedding and a high chair for guest use if required (advance notice please). The shower includes a handheld shower head, perfect for washing young children and babies.
Lounge
Sofa seating and armchair, an interior dining table for 2 people (a high chair or extra chairs can be supplied on request). Exterior tables are available for summer dining.
Kitchen
Equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, under bench fridge. Cooking pans and utensils, plates, cutlery and serving dishes are supplied.
Bedroom
160 cm wide double bed. All bedding and towels are included.
Utility
The apartment has NO washing machine. There are several laundry’s in nearby towns. Please ask for information.
Storage
We have a secure storage area for bikes or other items.
